Ayyla is a wedding planning platform that provides:
Project management tools for wedding planners and agencies
Document management via Google Drive integration
Calendar synchronization via Google Calendar
Inspiration gathering via Pinterest integration
Client collaboration features
Budget and guest list management
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree to:
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
Not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Not interfere with other users' use of the Service
Maintain appropriate permissions for any client data you upload
You authorize Ayyla to access your Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings
Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service
You authorize Ayyla to access your Pinterest pins and boards
You may disconnect Pinterest at any time through Ayyla settings
Your use of Pinterest is subject to Pinterest's Terms of Service
Ayyla and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ayyla LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service.
By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.
You have the right to:
Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and associated data
Disconnect Google or Pinterest integrations at any time
Revoke OAuth access through Google/Pinterest account settings
Export your data upon request

Some features may require paid subscriptions.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayyla LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, except where prohibited by law.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ayyla.
